jquery select 样式 chosen.proto.js

老版本只支持，jquery-1.4.4.js。 因为项目需要改版本的jquery。
此chosen.proto.js 可使用jquery-1.10.2.min.js。 勉强够用。

注意：IE11下 meta加个这 <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" /> JS未运行。
不知 IE7下是否兼容未测试。 （妈的找几个小时，才发现这问题。）
